Arthotel Ana Im Olympiapark - Munich

Positive, The staff was super friendly, even during a snowstorm. The room was spacious with a large bed, and I loved the convenient coffee maker. Breakfast had a great selection. Easy access to public transport and the nearby BMW museum was a bonus 😊

The building feels dated, with rooms showing their age. A strong smell of marijuana permeates the lobby at times, which can be quite off-putting.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the customer. Room was good, hotel staff friendly, surrounding of the Olympiapark might not be the nicest place in Munich.

The bathroom was great! Nice hot water! The room was cosy and clean. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The view from the room was great. The three bakeries nearby allow you to escape the very expensive hotel breakfast!

The parking cost of 8.5 euros per night is a bit on the high side. I got backpain because of the bed mattress which was bending inwards. The other mattress was fine though.

- location as the olimpic park was one of the areas we wanted to visit, about 3 minutes walking to u3 metro station (+\-15 minutes to the center-marienplatz) - clean rooms with nice lcd, confortable bed, great view over the olimpic park) - helpfull staff

- no air conditioning (but in fact it wasn't a problem cause the weather wasn't so good the time we were there)

staying here was a treat, especially with easy access to the olympic park just a short stroll away, and the very nice bmw museum just 500 meters away really made my daily walks enjoyable.

The room is spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good and generous.

The hotel was charmingly 'vintage' but I find it unacceptable to have a broken shower causing a flood. The air conditioning unit obviously needs a miracle rather than just a filter change. It woudl ve been nice to be greeted with, I don't know, maybe a complimentary drink for all my troubles? Could I get that personalized treatment next time?

Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was well-maintained with amazing and fantastic location in the center of things happening.

Comfortable, good bed, walking distance from BMW and Olympic park. Bakery's outside hotel are great for breakfast (or lunch)

Costs for parking (€8/day), internet (€12/day?) and breakfast (€18?) make this hotel much more expensive than it's worth. Rooms are small (though complete)
